Seeking technicians to service our line of water treatment products. Truck, tools, and all materials required for this position are supplied by the company. Applicant will be dispatched to service calls in the Austin area as well as having warehouse duties. Previous service experience is preferred however we provide 4 weeks of on the job training riding along with one of our experienced technicians.

JOB DETAIL DESCRIPTION:
- Prior call center experience is required!
- Making outbound dials to homeowners who have already expressed interest in receiving information for water needs. You will be communicating with these prospects through outgoing calls.
- Informing prospects on our services and setting them for a free “home water test” in-home consultation with one our experts.
- A breath of experience in a ‘call center’ environment (anything that requires you to attend to a customer’s needs)
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Computer proficiency and light typing
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our scripts/system
- Upbeat personality
We are looking for people who can work
- Mon – Fri 5:00 pm till 9:00 pm
- Saturday 9:30 am till 1:30 pm.
