Sponsor: Sweetwater Home Services, located in Austin, San Antonio, and Weslaco, Texas.

Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Entrants should read these rules carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least 18 years of age and limited to one (1) entry per household. Employees of Sweetwater Home Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CDT on May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on June 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter

No Purchase Necessary. To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Follow the instructions in the social media post and submit your name and contact information via the linked registration form).

Limit one (1) entry per person, Limit one (1) entry per household. Additional entries from the same person or household will be disqualified. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Automated, robotic, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without using social media, send a postcard or letter with your full name, address, phone number, email address, and the words “Reverse Osmosis Entry” to: Sweetwater Home Services at 1724 Cheddar Loop, Austin, Texas 78728. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026 and received by July 7, 2026. Each mail-in entry must be in a separate envelope. Limit one entry per person via mail.

All methods of entry have equal odds of winning.

4. Prize

One (1) RainSoft Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System. Model: RainSoft Ultrafiner Elite, part # 21682. Retail Value: $1,690.00

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash equivalent will be awarded except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize includes only the items described; any additional costs (installation, accessories, etc.) are the winner’s responsibility. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection & Odds

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 7, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification & Claim

The potential winner will be notified via email, phone, or direct message on the social media platform used for entry (or as provided in the entry) within approximately 8 business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 5 days and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and any other requested documents within 7 days of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond timely, or does not comply with these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

7. Prize Claim Deadline

The winner must claim the prize (including returning all required documents and coordinating delivery) within 30 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or redrawn at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Taxes & Additional Responsibilities

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other expenses not specified as part of the prize. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the taxable amount. The winner is also responsible for any transportation, delivery, installation, or other costs associated with receiving and using the prize.

9. General Conditions & Limitations

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation or the acceptance/use of the prize.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries; or for any technical, network, or other errors.
• This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability.

10. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
